Aliphatic urethane is a two component,part A mostly Acrylic Resin and/or Polyester Resin. Part B is Hardener or Converter. Aliphatic urethane provides superior gloss and color retention, exhibiting a very high gloss wet look finish. Aliphatic urethane also has excellent flexibility, chemical and abrasion resistance. It is available in white, blue, red, green, and many other furniture & industrial colors.

Primer Recommendations

  • Epoxy Primer or PU Primer for Steel
  • Zinc -Itch Primer for Galvenise/Alluminum

Surface Preparation

  • All surfaces must be sound, dry, clean and free from oil, grease, dirt, loose/flecking paint and other foreign substances

Mixing Instruction

  • Mix Base part A and  add hardener part B into base part A and mix thoroughly until homogeneous. Allow to react in can for about 15 minutes (induction time). If thinning is necessary add thinner after the 15 min induction time.
  • Take care of water in compressor air line because hardener is more sensitive to water, it will become hard very fast. Mixing ratio of A:B is available in 3:1 and 4:1

Drying Time at 30°C & 50 RH

  • Surface Dry          15 Minutes
  • Tack Free              60 Minutes
  • Hard Dry               4-6 Hours
  • Low Temperature, High Humidity, Thickness of film, and Poor Ventilation will increase the dry time.
