Mixing Instructions
- Mix Base part A and Hardner part B separately with good agitation, and add Hardner part B into Base Part A and mix thoroughly until homogeneous. Allow reacting in can for about 15 min. (induction time) If thinning is necessary add thinner after 15 min induction time.
- Mixing ration of A : B is available in 2:1, 3:1 & 4:1 ratios.
Surface Preparation
- All surfaces must be sound, dry, clean and free from oil, grease, dirt ,loose /flaking paint and other foreign substances.
Suggested Uses
- Interior furniture and equipment, chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, textile plants, refineries and on concrete where chemical, oil, grease, water and maximum abrasion resistance are required
- Interior storage tank and structure
- In water storage tank and swimming pool where maximum water resistance are required
- In pharmaceutical industries where antifungal requirements are necessary

Application

- For large surface areas rollers are more suitable
Drying Time at 30°C & 50 RH
- Surface Dry 30 Minutes
- Tack Free 1.0 Hours
- Hard Dry 6-8 Hours
- Low Temperature, High Humidity, Thickness of film, and Poor Ventilation will increase the dry time.
Limitations
- Not recommended for application on exterior and where temperature reaches above 70°C
